But we have no better tool than to measure productivity besides gdp, and I have once visited Korea where they work crazy amounts of hours per day, but I was also very aware of the fact that there were certainly moments in the day in which they were playing candy crush on their phone. long work hours =/= high productivity.
But probably the Netherlands is relatively "productive" because of a combination of "full" work hours and high technological development, sometimes the first sometimes the latter. But giving labour unions the full benefit of lower work hours is (I think) foregoing certain economic aspects leading to this situation that have little to nothing to do with them.

I see you are aware of Descartes his very famous hypothesis: I think therefore I am. You cannot objectively "prove" that others are conscious as you are, but to a certain extent it is polite to assume that they are since they are since they would have gained their consciousness in the same manner as you (birth from a human). Either that, or you assume that all people are "philosophical zombies".
I think it is better to assume that other people are conscious too even though their consciousness lies beyond your own capacity to reason it's existence. But it takes a much bigger leap of faith to assume that entities that have come to fruition by a proces which does not seem to imply that they are conscious (drawing them, or making a robot) to ascribe human qualities to them.
To conclude that since we cannot know something for certain that this means we should not "assume" it is true is I think a very nihilistic and destructive life philosophy. This is how I assume humans have real minds and thoughts, and anime does not.

I am not saying that the happiness of someone is not in his own hands, though I would not actually go so far as to tread the path of nihilism. First off if the nihilist credo is "that nothing has intrinsic value" then it is a paradox, since if nothing has value then the statement that there is no value in things has no value too. If the statement has value, it must also be false, since there is none. The same goes for relativism, if everything is relative, then the statement is not relative, meaning that not everything is relative, since the statement applies at all times.
Secondly, why would there not be value in life? I think all of us can see the evil of some acts even those of use that ascribe to nihilism/relativism (I have a tendency to see it as shades of the same philosophy) would detest. If I were to murder a random person on the street you would hopefully detest me for doing that. Meaning that there must be some non-arbitrary set of rules of what is evil (even if this does not answer the question of what is good).
My other point about love, I am in the conviction that love is a choice for a person by your own set of standards about what you value and love in a person. Since I do not believe in the existence of a 2d consciousness I therefore conclude that they cannot feel love, since they are not real, and even if you were to create anime robots capable of simulating love, it is still not the choice of a conscious being.

The I1 in Finland isn't Germanic though. Neither is I1 in itself tbqh, I1 people descend from indigenous European huntergatherers that got cucked by R1b Germanics.
