I have
1 childhood friend, Simon. Friends since 9-10, so 18 years. He's a simple guy, so very different from complicated me. He's nice and easy-going, awesome all around. 1 very close / best friend forever. Kalle. Met him in high school. He's extremely similar to me, we both have aspergers and ADD, he has it worse than me though so he's difficult sometimes, very stubborn and I'm more flexible. But I love him, we always get along, talk almost every day, similar interests and we play the same vidya (gsg, etc). Sometimes we have harsh arguments about really insignificant shit because we're both stubborn more or less and there isn't much in our lives.
1 normie friend. Kalle, met him online and a couple times irl, he is similar in some ways (ADD) but more normie, had many short term gfs, has similar problems as me with opening up emotionally, so he's my go to for discussing relationship stuff. I have three sisters. They're all nice. Mom is an angel, very gentle person who always supports us unconditionally. Dad is overall really nice, helps the community a ton, always have people calling him asking for help with stuff, he's always on the go. The last few years he's bought a bunch of houses and converted them into apartments which he rents out, mostly it's immigrants renting so he spends a lot of time and energy working with them, helping with getting started with their first job, car, etc. He employs a serb, an albanian, and some afghans/iranians. I met one of them, a paki, recently, and he told me a lot of stuff about his country so that was interesting. Very talkative guy.
Family gatherings is my father's side of the family, so the families of dad and his two brothers and sister, so the focal point of the extended family is dad's mother who passed away recently, RIP. Like 23 of us. We all get along quite well, with the odd political argument that goes bad (there's a socialist/liberal split, interestingly it's my wealthy uncle who is the most socialist).
On my mother's side of the family I got a billion cousins because she had 12 siblings, including two pairs of twins. I avoid family gatherings with them because I get anxiety as fuck with such big groups of people all at once. And I don't know them at all and they're super christian too so bleh.
