I only do that if the topic of the conversation is the language itself. But it's more natural to use whatever pronunciation your language uses by default, otherwise it can be a chore to adjust your tongue and mouth to a completely different position for just one word. Breaks the flow.

The Engrish mixed into the Japanese language isn't bad English, it's a separate language. The nuances are completely different and the pronunciation mangled.
If you want to learn English properly you have to disassociate from what you think you know about it and start from the beginning, listening to anyone and anything but Japanese "English".
You can figure out a lot of things going from English to Engrish but too much information (sound and meaning) is lost to make it a two way trip.
