Well it's going to take an awful lot of work, that's for sure. I think that most important thing is to make Germans hate themselves less. I've encountered countless Germans here on /int/ that have this attitude where they're pretty much apologizing for even existing. That has to stop. They have to stop being afraid of their past and potentially their regional allegiances have to be lessened.
Furthermore, state surveillance and infringements on basic civil rights has to be curtailed. It has been shown that people that suspect that they're being watched or are frightened of being sent to jail for what they say become very cautious and with that they become meek.
Thirdly, but by no means least they have to stop importing people with a low IQ, values that clash with basic human rights or those who don't integrate. This basically ties back in with the first point I made, as it is about having some dignity and self-worth. If you hate yourself then killing your own people by importing all of turkey is not seen as a bad thing.
Though we all know that is not going to happen, so I'm rooting for Poland to take their place.

Germany needs to stop apologizing. The rank and file people need to stop thinking their leaders have any interest in them, they do not.
Germany, you are a pretty fucking great culture. World War 2 happened, fuck it, move on. It showed that your people fought well, and wanted greatness, and the only mistake was sadly a big one. Guess what though, that generation is dead and gone, its your time, and not your sin. That same potential for greatness is within you, and you exercise it daily at moments. Don't be ashamed of that.
