Told you man, there was no real parliament in Turkey. Everything has been going with bureuacrasy here. This slow down the development because of the ideologies. I'm okay with any kind of "one man" rule as long as it's chosen with election. It was the same at Atatürk era and his best pal İsmet İnönü (Turkish Führer) era.
