1.Pure math degree (good for everything from it to finance to accounting)
2. Law (only few of worthy humanities degree and by far best)

Not at all. Those degrees, if gotten from a major university are incredibly prestigious. Those are the degrees that heads of state and Government ministers invariably have.
Philosophy at a prestigious university, then law or academia.

law would lose a lot of its usefulness if people actually took some basic classes at school
I mean, in every country ignorance is not an excuse to breaking the law, and yet in no country is a person instructed in any form of law or its interpretation when these are actually tools that would help us be a better citizen.
yet, in all fucking nations, there must be time wasted in religious classes or fucking arts and crafts. wtf? I never had a moment in my life where I thought "oh, gee, thank god I wasted my time learning how to play the flute"

If were talking about employment, degrees don't mean shit on their own. Any potential employer skimming through your CV will look at your actual experience first and at your degree last.
If we're talking about studying just for the sake of academic breakthroughs, well, that's pretty subjective, but I'd say the value of subjects like medicine or engineering is undeniable, meanwhile stuff like philosophy or literature isn't really something you can heal or transport people with, so it's value is debatable.
