Aside of war, history, memes and banters, how do you understand term "fascism"? What is it? How it's like in your vision?

It's a term to define a super nacionalist country. It's not bad by itself, but usually turn into a dictatorship or into a war machine state. Brazil, for exemple, had many good populist fascism years in the beginning of the century XX

It's been tainted by the Nazi party and will likely never be taken seriously ever again.

Good job hitler

So, you're see fascism only in the combination with nationalistic stuff? And can it be apart of each other in ur opinion?
>>
Fascism is the opposite of Anarchy. A police state where the leader can do the fuck he wants.
>>
>>58858338
Yes, that's what i was mean by
>Aside of war, history
I've been found recently that first original ideology of fascism is actually different to Hilter's ideas. He's kinda ruined it absolutely.
But
>never be taken seriously ever again
i'm actually see some different parts of that ideology in modern governments. Corporative things. The basement of fascism.
It's not surprising because this regime is good for productive work (as the first goal).

Yeah, i can agree. One the features. Because there has to be a control. Ruler and workers.
>corporative government

Robert paxton defines fascim in his book "the anatomy of fascism" (Paxton 2004) as a form of political behavior marked by obsessive preoccupation with community decline, humiliation, or victimhood and by compensatory cults of unity, energy, and purity, in which a mass-based party of committed nationalist militants, working in uneasy but effective collaboration with traditional elites, abandons democratic liberties and pursues with redemptive violence and without ethical or legal restraints goals of internal cleansing and external expansion.

The cousin of Theocracy. A country should be a country in the classic sense, for itself and it's native people only.

Basically the polar extreme as far as conservatism is concerned.

My understanding of fascism is that it was a very unique phenomenon in history and was flexible in what it allowed but there were some key points:

- militarisation
- protectionism
- a strong state that protects big businesses
- aestheticism
- increased surveillance and no freedom of opinion
- harsh punishments for dissenters and criminals
- requires an (often imagined) external threat to rally against to sustain momentum

Not exactly, the definition of a fascist state is totalitarianism supported by the people. So, it usually comes with nationalism, but a divergence would be a religious country: unified and self-righteous in itself. As I said, it's not always bad, but can turn into

That's the really good notice, mate.
>>58858915
Yeah, sounds logical. There's a thin edge and the boiling point is nazism.
>>
>>58859180
Well, I see people calling the Nazist Germany fascist but... Fascism is a unified will of a country, there is no differing opinion, no need for democracy. Yet, the nazi party was socialist democratic; they look like, but they are not fascists.

Now, Russian friend, what do you think of fascism? I studied history in the college and would be nice to hear from someone of a distant culture.

a right wing populist dictatorship not ruled by a monarch
>>
>>58857831
I think it's the claim that some races are superior than others.
>>
Fascism is really just communism with private property and a little bit of racism.
Extreme socialism would be a better word.

there is just fascism in the world, democracy is a trap for the weak imposed by the most fascist of all US of A...when you take "democracy" of the way things are easily fixed just like in US but you have to play hypocrisy very well, just used terms that are politically correct "create" new words and concepts
>>
It used to mean the political system in Italy under IL DUCE, but it's been abused to death.
>>
>>58864104
This. Now it's basically a boogeyman liberal democuckics use to label any policy that doesn't coexist with the mondialist agenda.

Sounds like a summary my cunt except for aestheticism
