Depends on what you mean by beating. There's no way that the Netherlands could pull off a full invasion of Sweden, literally none.
Since our navies are roughly equivalent you wouldn't even be able to besiege anything from past Kattegat due to us having a defenders advantage there. Losing even parts of your navy in such a battle would be catastrophic.
Perhaps you're thinking that your fancy F16s would save you. But here you're actually at a 1:1.5 disadvantage and the JAS 39 Gripen is fairly even ground with an F-16. Meaning that if you were invading Sweden would have a constant air superiority. Not really what you want if you're putting boots on the ground.
The only advantage you have is the amount of soldiers you have. But you don't have numbers of tanks and aircraft to properly project that power. So any potential invasion is dead in the water. Furthermore if we started bombing each other, just by simple mathematics you can see bombing the Netherlands is far more detrimental to you than bombing Sweden given that the Netherlands is so small. You can't hide away industry and military complexes deep in the north or literally in mountains like we already have.
That being said, Sweden would also be completely unable to invade the Netherlands.
