Mad World by Gary Jules is probably right. The piano is like 30 seconds long though and it just repeats with separate segments doing their own thing throughout. If you want sad I would recommend Chopin's Preludes, specifically this one mi familia (personally I think it's played just a tiny bit too slow at times, it's needs a bit of a crescendo)

Kyoto is easy. If you like to drink the best place for you to go is Kiyamachi by the river. On weekends amateur bands play terrible music there and sometimes there's fire dancers and sometimes regular dancers. It can be fun but it's hit or miss obviously. Usually there are some drunk people who are friendly to strangers. There are lots of good places to drink at Kiyamachi and when I was there anyway people will actually come up to you and talk which is nice.

Meh, it's true that good gaming PCs cost more than consoles in general, but you also get better graphics and higher FPS. Plus you save money on the games (at least here in the west), and you also use your PC for lots of other things too, not just games.
You could just build a cheaper gaming PC if you wanted to though. A GTX 770 is like £150 now, and it's still better than what a PS4's running.
