How is Macri doing in Argentina? Do people love him from saving them from Kirchnerism and finally destroying communism? Are people happier?
>>
He's fucking up everything.

Kirchners were terrible but
>neoliberalism on a third world country
>>

No, they complain and complain and complain.
They have some financial problems because he paid the external debt and now there's no money for the university. Then you have the people who lost their jobs, and some useless kirschnerit niggers, who want a law to pass that would make their employers give them twice their severance money, after which they sue their employers.

I just tell it the way some Argies explained it to me.
At first I thought they were like in Mexico, where the party gives them 50 pesos and a sandwich and they go march and protest and vote or whatever the party wants.
How is it then ?

he's making argentina great again la

The majority of the country (people who voted for them) knew that tough times were coming regardless of who won the elections and we already knew that Macri would do what he's doing, so no one is surprised with his politics.

Then you have the people who supported 12 years of shameless corruption of galactic proportions, and want this guy to fix in 5 months a country that has been ran by retarded corrupted populists for more than a decade.

What can a guy do in a few months??
He just started, they have to let him work for a couple of years to really make a serious judgment about the guy.

But argies elected him cause he is white, so I wouldn't be surprised if he's a shitty president.

Well at least they have Messi, you know what I mean??

a lot of things actually 2bqf

That is an ignorant and pretty much dumb thought

That's the way I saw it, he took possession of the presidency on December and people started attacking him and blaming him for everything on January.

He reminds me of Fox (Mexican president) for some reason.

We are stuck with him for 4 years. Either we like it or not.

We voted for him because we are tired of this.

Argentina had a couple of terrible decades before that man came, so no he can't do much in a short period of time.

He can put the basis of his ideas but no change will notice until a couple of years.

>>
>>58840226
what problems do Argentina have apart from corruption?
>>
>>58840274
He just mumbles. I think it's because he is first right wing after a bunch of corrupt populists and is focused on economy.
>>
Nah, they only choose him because he's white and people will think "ohhh Argentina is white, look at their president!". They're so obsessed over whiteness is not even a surprise.
>>
>>58840285
A shitty agrarian economy.
>>
>>58840285
We cannot deflate our currency. So we stopped it by selling dollars
So now we are fighting internal inflation as retails+entrepeneurs+owners whatever you call it increases their priced, without shame and conscience, To fill the inflationary void we had

We are digging our own grave, we had a second chance and we blew it 3 months in.

Nice country, 10/10
>>
How alike is Argentina to Mexico ?
Was the whole superman pills thing just to distract from the government and political stuff whilst they did things ?

Yeah, we have a time honored tradition of supressing, murdering and imprisoning leftists, or anyone, that make a fuss.
What about the news thing ? Do you use tv to distract the masses whilst the government does dumb things or increases taces and shit ?

>12 years of awful awful kitchnerism
you dont like it? go away to another country since you obviously hate this country so much there will never be a non kitchnerist goverment ever again
>one month after macri wins
we are going to march for months and kick him out, WE ARE COMING BACK, WE ARE COMING BACK
and they complain when i ask why they hate democracy and suggest another country may be better suited for them
>>
reminder that Macri considers himself a peronist
he said so before the elections and even set up a monument for peron.

>I claim for myself the flags of Peronism

thats 33 years under the rule of the same political party, with a brief interruption in 1999-2001 (caused by peronist infighting) people voting for the same party again and again and again is the reason this country is shit. why did people fight so hard for democracy if they were planning on voting for the same party their entire lives? Just lol.

It goes like this
There are at least 4 or 5 TV news channel, each one with their own political will.
One is a degenerate liberal "lets get more ass in the tv"
The second is a right wing fox tier
The third is Stars bullshit and memes
The fourth it's literally gov propaganda
The fifth it's a meme itself, so memeish that they have broadcasted live things like "2 people and one bolivian died in car accident"

Basically people are free to choose how to see reality, if you wanted real news you would read online newspapers, both left and right.

The gov provides some tier of entertaiment for everyone, but it's a cultural thing, like "futbol para todos" where everyone gets to see all of soccer matches.
Needless to say it was a huge policy success, and if kirchnerists had a little more decency and didn't stole all the money it would be a positive thing in our budget, like seriously 10/10 political decision.

In Mexico there's two big ones, TV Azteca and Televisa, both allied with PRI. When the president or a governor does something stupid or is trying to change things the networks give minimum coverage and find some meme news or more novela.
Like the Pope's visit.
Or some years back some news about a missing girl named Paulette who ended up being found dead under the mattress, I think at the moment was when the current president, then governor, sent the police to kick people out of their houses in the future location of the airport.

Distract for a while. News got really annoying, some excited guy pulled at the Pope and he yelled at him to chill and the news were all over it.

I'd tap that
