1.) Sell Everything South and West of Pennsylvania to Mexico.
Debated whether to sell Pennsylvania too but I don't quite think they are a lost cause like the rest of the South yet so they get to stay... for now.

While it's true I live in New England and have been to every state from Pennsylvania to Maine I have also been to other parts of the US. I've been to:
Florida
North Carolina
Ohio
Alabama
I can confirm that none of them had anything worth keeping. I suppose I can't speak for the West coast since I haven't been very far west but the midwest and deep south I know for a fact are completely worthless.
