A man has been found guilty in Hydrabad of serving human fecal matter at his local curry house. Authorities say the case was only on the charge of negligence, for they do not believe the unidentified man knew that people on the street were defecating into his punjab pots which were kept out back to cool off.
The case was brought to light only after western tourists began complaining of stomach pains caused by the food served at the local restaurant.
The world is now beginning to take notice of the huge public restroom dilemma in India, with some even suggesting mandatory diapers, but this plan has been scrapped by the Modi government who feared the streets would only fill with used diapers as a result, and Ganesh forbid tourists may bite into a delicious curry served from a feces-encrusted huggies.

Curry Powder and Garam Masala are both antiseptic and can nullify the effects of any fecal matter within curry. It is actually the reason for it, because many Indians don't have hand washing soap so use those spices in cooking to prevent sickness.
If tourists had 'stomach problems' it is because Indian food is very spicey and not to do with fecal matter. In my house we don't even use toilet paper, we just rub our hands in Garam Masala and pick out the leftovers. And we never get sick.
