Hey /int/ what does your $20 bill(or equivalent) look like?
Who is on it and what importance do they have with your country?
>>58218154
The Queen on one side.
Adam Smith on the other
The Queen is the Queen. Adam Smith - not at all, he was a Scot.
>>58218154
Where are the Americans ? Come dont be shy, tell us all about the strong independant Black women.
>>58218447
They don't need no white man lookin at dey money
>>58218154
>Euro
Fuck that.
The Finnish 20mk bill had Väinö Linna, a famous author, on it. His most famous book is Tuntematon Sotilas (The Unknown Soldier), the film version of which is still shown on TV on our Independence Day.
The 100mk bill, which is closer to today's $20 in value, had Jean Sibelius. Everyone who isn't a plebeian should know who he is.

Why haven't you adopted plastic bills like Canada's 'future' money?
I honestly hated it at first until I accidentally put my wallet in the wash(was still in my jeans). All my money came out fine, it was awesome.
one side is some convict bitch that inherited her husband's businesses when he died and subsequently built them up to become one of the richest people in colonial sydney
the other side is the guy who founded the royal flying doctor's service, which was the world's first air ambulance
our notes are polymer like Canadas

We're going to. Next set of new banknotes will be plastic I believe.
Andrew Jackson was a terrible choice for president and for our money. I don't know if Harriet Tubman is good or bad but she has to be better.
>>58218631
Yep were producing £5 polymer notes this year, £10 next year and £20 by 2020
>>58218568
work in currency, next £5 is plastic churchill and new £10 is plastic Jane Austin

A drunken finn from the undermensch seperated sidewalk vandalized a peace loving swede and thus needed to be kept in order.
They usually have a hard time communicating with their russian muddled language and can only really understand violence.
>>58218154
this is interesting on many levels

Good post, I'm seriously fed up with coins, esp. .01 coins.
It's heavy
Whatever you do, you're ashamed of giving them back to other people.
One of the reasons I like having an IRL bank, I go there once in a while with 3kg of "yellow coins"
What do you guys do with small coins?
>Il y a bien les centimes venus du Vatican ou de Monaco qui peuvent valoir davantage que le montant affiché. Tout comme les 1 et 2 centimes finlandais ou des Pays-Bas depuis que ces deux pays ne les produisent plus. Mais ces pièces filent vite dans « le circuit verrouillé par les spéculateurs et collectionneurs », commente David.
It says that 0.01 coins from Vatican, Monaco, Finland and the Netherlands are worth something.

IMPO Andrew Jackson was a lying genocidal piece of shit.
Harriet Tubman isn't THAT bad. Sure, there are better candidates, but at the end of the day it's a popularity contest. And Tubman did accomplish, so it isn't exactly undeserved.
Also, if blacks are around 10% of the population, it's representative to put them on 10% of the money (i.e. one side of one of five bills). Any less you give ammo to the anti-racists; any more and you're a reverse racist cuck. This is a decent compromise (although I loathe SJW identity politics to begin with).
best one coming through

More sensible countries got rid of the worthless 0.01 coins and changed all prices to be divisible by 0.05. This country is not one of them. Now pennies are used as weapons, shit to throw into fountains, or just dumped in these little trays by cashiers for anyone to use if they need to.
we wuz kingz n shieet
Bolesław Chrobry, first King of Poland (ruled 992-1025)
>>58221062
even the cashier girls don't want the yellow coins.
when you say "keep the change", they look you funny, seem insulted, and finally find an excuse to refuse the change, like, I can't, the machine won't allow it.
But some stores, like mcD, have a tin for coins for charities.
A few bakers have auto-things now, where you throw coins in a basket, like on the paying autobahns (highways)
Also in food stores there are hygiene issues (they're supposed to pay 2 people, one to handle food, the other to handle coins)
>>58221235
lel, so it's a universal problem
I've just read that they discussed ending the smallest € coins in 2013, but they were afraid of inflation (rise of prices)

I have 2 coins from Italy!
>>58222247
there's a 2€ coin I can't identify.
Anyone knows what country this symbol is from?
>>58222664
Found it. It was another italian € coin.
Symbol probably means Republic of Italy.
It's Dante Alighieri (divine comedy)
>>58221362
Well actually there is a lot of lobbying going on from the coinmakers themselves. They obviously don't want coins that are worth more in materials than they are in monetary value to rotate out
Who else /newbills/ here?
>>58223055
I have one 10€ signed M. Draghi
>>58222942
ok. Next time I'll ask cashiers if I can use Moneo with my Visa credit card in their shop. But my mind is blown right now, I just have a few € coins and they're from all Europe, preparing a pic!
