What are sausages like in your country?
>mostly cardboard flavored
>eaten with white bread, onions and tomato sauce
>pay through the ass for a decent sausage of German or south African style.
Mostly Italian sausage, and a good amount of chorizo as well. Quality varies wildly. The shitty stiff is super shitty, and the good stuff is amazing.

I love chorizo, goes great in soups, pastas etc.
Shitty stuff always ends up tasting like rotten pork.

Large variety of cased and caseless sausage available. Easy to find quality beef and pork sausage, most cheap sausage is pork/chicken/turkey mix so you have to watch out for that.

Belgian sausages are the best in the world, sorry about that.

I do.
Everything here has to have sauce on it to taste good.
