for immigrants, it's probably much the same as it has been, though some folks just come here for an education then hightail it back to their home country (even though there are a shit ton of Indian doctors in the US, most go back to DESIGNATED)
For americans, its likely to have some kind of following doing whatever you want on social media, and make enough money off it to live well.
