Well, after turning myself in, ICE will put a hold on me, take me to one of their facilities, where a judge will decide to deport me or not. Then they send you in a plane to your native country if they have enough people to ship back. If I don't turn myself in, an arrest warrant will be placed for me, and they'll go out and find me just like any other warrants
