Learning it from a young age helps, I think the kids nowadays starts with english classes in 4th grade or some such.
We dont really dub any movies or TV-series over here either.
And most of us realise its pretty much needed in an international working enviroment like what most companies deal with in todays society.
As for myself, I failed english in school and learned it playing video games instead.

Fuck it. I'm done. I've been trying to record this shit for too long. Every single fucking time I make a mistake and it drives me nuts. My throat gets sore after I talk in English for a while and I'm constantly grasping for air when I'm reading text. My lips get sticky and dry as well.

I don't know. I sometimes subconsciously replace words. About the th pronunciation I can't seem to hear too much of a difference between th and f when I speak.
Also I have problem with flow when I read and talk. When I'm just reading it's easy but when I have to say the words they sound foreign to me (I wonder why...)
