There were a lot of cases in the late 80s because glorious leader believed AIDS is another conspiracy of the imperialist dogs(true) and that it was fake(false) so blood was not screened for it, and people were required to gib blood and malnourished kids in orphanages were injected with a cocktail of blood and vitamins to stave of anemia and no condoms bc contraception was banned so a lot of kids in orphanages=disaster.

My city was particularly hit bc it was a port city and filthy foreign sailors(one of the main spreaders of aids besided fags,these animals would go around the world,get drunk and fuck the lowliest of street walkers in Africa and Brazil.) Still,most of the people with aids were orphaned kids infected via blood transfusion,which made it particularly sad.
