I think that videos main appeal would be for Westerners who arent used to heavy corruption, yeah over here projects siphon off money and go overtime but they still get done, in places as bad as the DRC everything gets taken and nothing gets done. Its also strange seeing racism playing out both ways (a good example being his Congolese mediator playing on the locals dislike of the Chinese to try and secure a steady supply of stone) between Asians and Africans given that discussing that kind of racism is a big taboo here.
