Disclosing vulns on CVE is not mandatory. It's purely an agreement between vuln testers and software owners. And from what I linked from the study (the one you insist on not reading), testers passed vulns directly to the voting committee. Which again proves my point.
What were the vulns? That is not disclosed. Go ask the researchers or the committee. Also, CVEs of "here's a vuln in software that is not available to the public and is only given to certain people of special interest" are not very well accepted.
And after, you seem to trail off into some other thoughts not even remotely related to the subject (what? Linus? merging?).
So again -- you haven't yet disprove the study. And now I have doubts about your "computer engineering" capabilities and knowledge.

And your blog post doesn't reliably disprove the study (using scientific and academic methods that were used in the study to prove that this internet voting system has huge faults).
