I like the exotic, oriental culture, nice shrines, how simple and polite a lot of people are, how non-chaotic Japan is(compared to Poland that is a mass on emotions and chaos).
I love that if a girl is the only passanger on a train that takes her from her village to her highscool, the railway company will keep the train running until she finishes her education.

In my college when we try to explain differences between results from Western countrys and far East (like yours offcourse) we say it is because Wester societyes are more individualistic and East are more collectivistic. And there we stop and never really talk about what that means. Would you agree (I mean, Japan is very specific, from what I know from internet (and it must be true) it doesn't look so collectivistic, like other far East countrys). Would you say your country is collectivistic? If yes, why and how? If no, why and how?
