Nah, it's ok. I mean the restaurants need to meet certain requirements or else they get destroyed by health inspectors.
Anyway, I make tatar myself. It's made from silverside beef, raw eggs, olive oil, spices like paprika, salt, herbal pepper etc.
It's a 10/10 dish desu.
