Pretty homogeneous town, no brownies, lots of valuable lakeside properties
It is divided in three parts essentially:
>a) The plebs
These are the people who live in permanent houses that aren't lakeside. Essentially they are in bumfuck nowhere with little benefits
>b) The patricians
The ones who hog large lakeside properties worth millions, lots of properties are inherited or passed along in the family
>c) The seasonal plebs
Vacation homes adjacent to the caravan camping grounds, people camping out for scout camps or church confirmation etc.
