2.For some reason, the general African accent sounds very soothing and pleasant. I'm sure there are different African accents, but I can't tell them apart. Also, Italian accent is very nice
3.Scandi and Slavic accents sound the worst. The former makes the speaker sound mentally slow, the latter like you're a cunt hair away from being stabbed and left in a seedy motel bathtub full of ice

Native language is romanian. .honestly the best accent is italian sounds cute when when they attempt to speak it but it ends up sounding like they are speaking italian. Worst one is any African accent..i only heard one but he pronounced words in a way that made him sound braindead
