Most scands fluent in english sound the same as dutch people, but most people just sound proto-american.

Finnish has nothing in common with Central European languages and the accent sounds nothing like it. Butthurt belt is mostly Balts and Slavs and they all sound like Russians with some small difference, not at all like Finns.
