Yes and no. I don't hate Islam as being an ideology that was the natural cause of its environment, it served its purpose (quite well) for its time, and that was that.
I hate the fact that it's extra stubborn and resistant to change, since it's an already lost battle (dogma can only persist so long in the face of convenience) might as well just enjoy being a natural extension of the world, but then again, maybe the increased acts of violence are the last gasps of a dying religion trying too hard to cling into relevence, only time will tell.

I don't really hate it. I lean more towards Agnosticism. I try to find god not only through religion(s), but through science. I really do not believe that God chose a religion over the other ones, or made a religion better than the other ones. When you think about it, all the fundamental concpets of any religion are prosperity, peace, and solidarization amongst humans. What about you?
I feel bad for older Muslims who just want to live their life
The younger ones on Twitter posting Hadiths and Quran verses can go fuck themselves. They are the worst representatives of Islam because they think they know the religion when they actually don't. They constantly fight with people, buy in to nigger culture, and just generally represent Islam in a bad light.
I've always said Muslims living in western countries are better off because they don't have to deal with a small but loud minority of wahabbi cucks.

There are argumentative people in the west as well. I don't see how people act that way though considering the rules and regulations of scholarship and argumentation. The way I see it people are supposed to be representatives of the religion and it would be haram as fuck for someone to misrepresent an aspect of Islam to someone ignorant of Islam. From what I've read of Muslim historians and people like that they constantly reference back to names of Allah and say Allah knows best in their writing, and yet people now feel they can argue the same way over social media without giving a shit about being humble.

Im a "Muslim", dont believe it but i think hopefully when there is a reformation like with christianity, there can be a separation of church and state.
