Mhmh, take away the srirene and substitute with local cottage cheese and you have a summer classic here! Though 7/10 times the cheese is just left out and substituted with onion shoots (the fresh green ones) or leeks/chives.
(Only thing I don't like about it is when you leave it out for more than an hour the veggies start pooling water in the bottom)

I have that Monk syndrome. It's good to just eat it with a spoon from the bowl, but usually the salad accompanies grilled/shashliked meat so the juices start mixing... ugh, it's hard to explain if you're not mental like that.
