Either split the bill, or let her pay for everything if she wants to repay the favour for the earlier dates. Occasionally surprise her with a date and pay for everything, and hope that she'd do the same for me.
Sexual politics are going to have to change now that women are being paid the same as, or even more, than men, and I'd rather try to find one of the few girls who is happy to split bills like this instead of going after someone who expects me to keep spending money on her, and would trade up if I was ever unable to do so.
