Well, if by "nature" you mean "driving for 500km in straight line without seeing a single house", then no. You'll find nature, but several thousand years of people living there made it sure that you'll find villages scattered everywhere.
But some countries are worse than the others. You'll find some actual large chunks of nature in southern France or Spain, but they're pretty much non-existent in Germany, Belgium, England... And Netherland is pretty much a big concrete flatland.
