If you're a college/university student you can get student allowance which is around 473€ after taxes (yes, it gets taxed too) and it includes housing benefits too. With that you're supposed to pay rent and bills and most student cities have housings for students luckily so it's not that bad. You can work too during your studies but if you get full student allowance (9 months out of a year, you don't get paid in summer unless you're studying) but you can't get paid more than around 600€/month, and if you do earn more than that they're taking the money back.
Some people also get student loans and it's warranted by government. It's 400€ for each month you're studying.
