>>57433883

a citizen of the USSR would laugh if you said the greens were left wing
>>57434066
It is not pol shit. Is a not retarded way of naming things. In your crapy spectrum, libertarians and Nazis would be the same, but libertarianism is strictly the opposite thing of Nazism.
>>57433920
A number of Eu politicians border on the far right no where near the the traditional American neocon. Literally proto and neo nazi supporters rising in Europe.
>>57434182
>not being a dixiecrat
>>57434297

what is right wing about UKIP?
>>57434997
what is left wing about every major party supporting neoliberalism, globalisation, free trade, deregulation etc.?
>>57434565
it's funny that you have 7 leftist parties and 1 right wing party. Pathetic
Not dissimilar to OP
We have two-and-a-half major governing parties that have pretty broad support and talent bases and various factions and pockets of political thought that straddle each other at times.
Actual far left- LOL who cares
Meme left- The Greens. When they eventually start being in functional coalitions (which will happen) nothing I've seen indicates that they'll go full retard
Bleeding heart left- Left wing of the Labor Party. There used to be a much stronger pro-nationalisation tendency amongst the Labor Left / Socialist Left up until the 1990s, now the major division within the party is over boat people.
Populist left / centre left- Right wing of the Labor Party, which is basically everyone who isn't explicitly in the Left, in a seething morass of union- and personality-based factions. There's a Catholic rump which don't want them queers to get hitched.
Centre:Ricky Muir, Nick Xenophon
Centre-to-right: Liberals and Nationals, they both cover broad parts of the spectrum, which is deliberate in the case of the Liberals and a consequence of being a regional right wing party in the case of the Nationals. The "wets" (left wing of the Liberal Party) rolled Tony and have been having problems with self restraint in the aftermath when it comes to kicking the "dries'" power base. The Nationals have been moving away from their position to the right of the Liberals as their voting base has changed its opinion on social issues and the role of the welfare state in regional Australia, which is reflected in the fact that two of their more successful politicians jumped ship and became independents supporting a Labor minority government. In Queensland, the Liberals and Nationals are meant to be merged but they dole out LNP MPs to the Liberal and National Party federal caucuses. There are actually much more LNP MPs than there are Nationals.
Far right: /pol/-tier, we experimented with One Nation in the 1990s but we got better (so did they, to some extent)
>tfw ameripolitics revolve around individuals instead of ideas
why cant we just break up the parties already
>>57435172
you forgot ALA (Australian Liberty Alliance) this coming election lad. They are right wing i'd say.
Also the liberal democrats (meme libertarians) are socially left but economically further right than any other party in parliament.
>>57435083
>what is left wing about every major party supporting giving free shit to pakis
Gee I dunno lol
>>57435280
I am not going to give lip service to your shitty little attempts at big boy politics, runt, even if you have ordered stationery and everything
>>57435460
>free shit to pakis
Welfare supports capitalism by creating political and social stability and keeping aggregate demand higher than no welfare.
>>57435497
>Welfare supports capitalism
sure, by ruining the economy
>>57433025
DONT BULLY HIM
>Record high immigration under Conservatives
With right wing parties like the Tories who needs left wing?
>>57435522
You can be forgiven because while the welfare state was developing in the Free West you were busy queuing for bread
>>57435638
it will crash anyway, along with your le ebin "free west"
Far right - no one.
Far left - no one.
Center - no one.
Wants profit - everyone.
