I work for an asian company and they are sending me overseas to those country above including Beijing and they are letting me pick the ones i want to. There is no way im going to Beijing because of the pollution...so which one should i pick?
Any country is good, but if you are going to spend your life there then I'll choose Singapore.

Taiwan still has conflict with China, so is Hongkong.
Singapore is a good choice, it's stable country and has decent stuffs. But the only let down is it's basically just city state, and only has 'modern' vacations. But well, you can travel to Malaysia or Batam (Indonesia) if you want to have a nice holiday though.

Well if you can speak all three it depends on what you like then. Taiwan is quite bigger than the other two and you have a whole island to explore. Imo Singapore and Hong Kong are similar being that both are metropolises except Hong Kong is less anglicized than Singapore. If you like hiking and exploring nature then go to Taiwan, if you like the big city then go to Singapore if you prefer Mandarin / English and go to Hong Kong if you prefer speaking in Cantonese.

Singapore is incredibly boring. The one thing it has going for is the food, but it has no real culture or attitude to it. Just a sanitized attempt of emulating Europe with more rules.
Hong Kong is exciting and one of my favourite cities. Plenty to do and you can get by with English. In downtown Hong Kong there's stuff going on all night and plenty of people walking the streets at 3 AM. I'd like to work there for a year sometime myself. The food is probably better in Singapore but Hong Kong as an incredible food scene too.

Well you can't get by as easy as a country where English is the official language.
There's tons of Americans and Brits living in the mid levels who don't speak a lick of Chinese. You couldn't get by without at least some Chinese in Taiwan. Either that or have a close connection who is fluent in it, in order to deal with paperwork and everything else.
I was reading that English proficiency in HK has got a lot worse since the handover. Did you go to a public school or a private one? How do you find the state of the language is in HK?

Hong Kong is currently flooded by Chinese, at least Singapore and Taiwan had a limit on their Chinese tourists.
Singapore is stupidly expensive to live in, hot year round (tropic, not sub-tropic like Taiwan/HK), and they have very strict laws that will heavily fine/punish you for a gaffe if you're not careful.
Taiwan is under threat of invasion from China, even if it has one of the top 20 (I think) militaries in the world. Healthcare is free and pretty top-notch, but again, housing in cities is stupidly expensive. At least as a foreigner you'll have it easier, and shit's cheap.
