There is one answer. V4 and Croatia/Lithuania/Eastonia are about the same level with small differences when it comes to earnings, Slovenia has nearly western euro ones.
It all depends on what you want in life. Some countries got sea and mountains, some countries got only 1 of them and some none.
The bigger the country is the more historical places you get(with the exception of, sadly, Belarus) and the less boring it is.
