In French that would be "nègre des sables" and no we don't use this expression.

It would probably be something similar to "kum zencisi". Nigger doesn't have an exact equivalent in Turkish. Nobody ises such a term.

We don't have a word for nigger, we use neger=negro. Svartskalle perhaps (literally black head) but it's used for niggers and sandniggers. Sandneger would be sand negro ~sandnigger.
