How much your country know about cooking?
Does it suck?
You only eat take outs?
Post pics of your food, breakfast, desserts, anything
greek cuisine is aight
it's a mix of stuff mostly. our country is basically made of immigrants, so there are many different cultures that have been brought together by the greeks from area of eastern mediteranean and europe.
we have anatolian cuisine, that was influenced by byzantine and ottoman cuisine, we got lots of meat, pies, fish, veggies, some pasta and some more refined dishes. but in the end of the day it's tasty good food.
my favourite dish is stuffed zucchini. not really pretty, but it's tasty as fuck
couldn't u post a better picture? that looks like shit man its like 5 different dishes in 1

It's not that bad.
>>57133802
It's bretty good in my opinion.
Plus it's always haram. All good Catalans or Spaniards include haram ingredients in every meal.

Por qué? Que me guste cocinar no significa que me coma una un bizcocho en la comida y una tarta en la cena,

I know it will look weird to many people. But if you tried them you would probably change of opinion.
The sauce is amazing, if done well.

El haitiANO?
>>57140618
AYY LMAO
he's an immigrant!
>>57140679
I don't have pictures of any of my cooking but I can cook just about any traditional southern food, which is nice as my gfs family is eastern european so if I didn't cook chicken fried steak no one would.
Unfortunately all that shit is unhealthy, so I tend to deep/shallow fry rarely. I mostly stir fry veggies and prepare marinated pork or chicken and then store it to eat for a few days.
Pic isn't mine but I've made this meal dozens of times.

I once tried Moussaka. The Greek version with eggplant. It was good.
>>57133802
The cooking culture is both vibrant and dying here
In one sense it's vibrant as we push out chefs and restaurants all the time
In other it's dying because families and people in general cook less than they used
I usually make really basic quick meals because I don't like to waste time
Shit like pasta and sauce, stir fry, pancakes, etc
Things that take like 10-30 minutes
if you're ever in new york city you need to try some oyster stew at grand central oyster bar.
>>57141081
Good oysters are better eaten alone. To be honest, a stew feels a little bit "heretic". Like a waste.
If you ever come to Barcelona or Madrid, try the ones at "FISHHH!" (yeah, like that). They have 2 oysterbars and a restaurant.
>>57141315
we have a million oyster bars here, i love raw oysters. but oyster stew is phenomenal on a cold day.
>>57141506
Shit. I want to live in Manhattan...
Do you live close to the center?
>>57141881
I'm in brooklyn now but i hope to move to manhattan in the near future when i get more money saved up- the neighborhood im in now is overrun with hipsters. but yeah man i love it here, its a foodie paradise no doubt.
it's alright, but managing to boil that whole sheeps head when you're in a rush to get to work is just a hassle

i got an airbnb in williamsburg when i went to nyc last spring
best decision ever. norwegian level prices, but so much amazing food
>>57144035
kek. We do that too. But usually roasted instead of boiled.
>>57133802
I don't know anything about the Peruvian food, show me senpai.
>>57144068
>williamsburg
nice choice!
Poolish """""cuisine"""""
>>57144971
pretty sure you got that at the local jellymonger down t'road
Not too sure on Australian"""""cuisine'""""", it's most likely similar to whatever Brit's eat
But lot of Greek and Italian immigration brought nice meals ,
>>57145262
In Australia most potential food will probably eat you.
