I'm from Utrecht. And I must say we have people from all cultures here neatly integrated into one culture. It's a truly multicultural society.
I for one am 50% Indonesian and 50% Irish. And due to my mingling with people from other world cultures I speak fluent Moroccan. Tfoe habibi waz met jou. This is the traditional Moroccan greeting when people from opposite genders meet.
You could say Utrecht is just as diverse as Africa. But I don't think that would truly do justice to our vast diversity.
