Its warmer in the Aegean and the rain vaporizes faster than in your ugly country.

When I was in London it (and I heard the same from other people) it is always cloudy with a bit of rain, while here we get really strong rain for an hour and afterwards a week of sun.
So I think the reason is you don't ger more rain, but mor time raining.

The UK always compare themselves to their American Superiors.

Because nobody visits Galicia.
>mfw a german girl asked me what we did to the sun
Doesn't Rome get more rain than London or some shit?
>>57110217
It's a similar story with annual sunlight duration. It doesn't seem possible for the UK to get less sun than say Finland, but it's true because the weather is overcast or raining pretty much all year round.
>>57110217
Stop lying, I went to Munich last year and it rained for 5 days out of 7

Where do you live? Here (Upper Rhine) we have "only" about 540mm but it's distributed often as hour-to-day long drizzles (especially in winter) that don't amount to much and the rest of the time it's cloudy
Whereas some Southern European places get much more but there it comes in intense short showers and the rest of the day/week it's sunny again
>>57110141
More interesting map, if we are talking about weather.
>>57110175
Probably Italy and Portugal have very strong, but short showering and all the water go to rivers and do not swamp everything.
Wah Wah, it's wet.
Tsunami, bitch.
Now shove an umbrella up your fat ass.

Foreigners complain about the British weather more than the Brits do, it's fucking pathetic. It can't be helped anyway, as the Great Britain is the meeting point of 3 main weather systems, its weather is very changeable and sporadic because of that.

The region where I live (Dalmatia) has a lot of rain and even more sunshine....so the people have developed major meteoropathy. You have a singe day of hard rain in between, let's say three sunny ones. It's the bomb. No wonder we're so agitated all the time
>>57111818
shqips are not that terrible anymore, plus most of them live in athens anyway
>>57110141
Because even if my region has the same colour as yours it doesn't mean it rains as often. I live in southern France and don't see much rain, it doesn't rain much but when it does it's a lot. So we end up with the same colour

Because rain in England is less intense, thus lasts longer.
Also you have a lot of rain in the summer, and realtively few hours of sunshine. also no snow in the winter

Barely any here either, but varies from year to year, sometimes there's none, sometimes it comes in March

I've seen hail here in February as well as August. Doesn't happen often but it can at any point

I've only just realized that I'm from the driest fucking place in Germany and seemingly all of western Europe apart from Spain. Apparently it's similar to western Texas, but it doesn't feel remotely as dry.
