Contrary to popular belif, sex tourism only make up a small part. It's mostly Swedish families who go to some resort and bath, tan, ride elephants, eat good food and in general have a good time to escape the cold and darkness of the winter Sweden. We typicall go December through February and it's absolutely PACKED with Swedish families. It's not rare with entire beaches going on for kilometers with hotels. bars and clubs propped up through the entire beach and the only people you meet are Swedes.
Thailand is perfect for picking up Swedish teenage girls who sneak out onto the beach getting drunk legally while their parents are away at some restaurant not caring.

I don't think it's illegal to get drunk but it's illegal for the one selling the alcohol.
You have to be 18 to drink alcohol at bars and restaurants and 20 to buy at systembolaget.
If you drink despite being younger i don't know of any laws that will get you in trouble but the police can take your alcohol and you have to get it from someone who breaks the law.
