Not sure, our household items seems to be mostly of Asian or European origin to start with. But my Lumia 1020 uses Windows Phone and I have Win 7 installed, just for some quick examples.
It's interesting that you mentioned brands. A few years back it occurred to me that it's been a long time since I had encountered something "Made in USA". And it was a t-shirt.

Depends. Russiaboos (deluded people) hate you, NATOboos (also deluded) love you, and everyone else is in between. I personally like your entertainment industry. I think that the worldpolicing is viewed a bit on the negative side here. And people are a bit concerned that you will drag us into war with Russia at some point (or the other way around). But generally i think that you are alright, but your politics and politicians are a joke.

I have three american mates from my uni. Good dudes - polite, friendly, cool. I'm not so sure about your government tho, but it's the same with every country.
My dad lived pretty much the whole 80's in the states and he's told me pretty much only positive stories about this time there.
American tourists are interested and impressed by everything, just like the japanese. It's adorable.

Americans are hard to generalize sometimes, but the ones you see at political rallies kind of capitalize the entire country - ill-informed, fat, stubborn, gun obsessed, stupid, and surprisingly and unnecessarily religious. Americans online can sometimes be like this, and in real life with tourists, but most Americans that travel aren't crazy or stupid.
