I am sorry, I have no pictures to provide, but from cured meat done here I like:

Wild boar.
Deer.

They have the most authentic "foresty" taste if you know what I mean. Regular pork/veal is also good, but kind of boring.

And recently some entrepreneur started making Chorizo style meat. Not as spicy as the one imported, but still pretty ebin.

Some anons have posted gravlox and other fish that is seasoned. I do not know if the correct term is cured for those, but they are very good. Very good indeed.
