These are silly criteria. Most noble names came from the names of places, mainly the fief the family originally came from, eg Krasińscy - which you've mentioned come from the village of Krasno, Ossowscy from Osowa. Just like Leszczyńscy, Żółkiewscy etc. And then there's the issue of villages usually having names derived from objects, especially plants. For example Wiśniewscy, which you've mentioned as a pleb name, are a noble family from the village of Wiśniew.
It's true that the plebs and kikes usurped the -ski prefix, but it's not that easy to discern at first glance who is who. Even Kowalski (Smithski) was the name of a few noble families.
