What happens in europe is irrelevant at this point because there's already a billion of Africans and it's growing way faster than us. And the only thing separating that now billion of poor savages from the comfort of Europe is the little mediterranean sea. Africans won't develop their continent without help and given the choice between building a better continent for themselves or cross the sea to the continent that's already built and comfortable, they will pick the easy road.
