the ruble is shit. so the people have become more broke since, the purchasing power of it has gone down. i watched some news the other day that showed how some russians clean out electronic stores, since things like TVs, in order to have something that will hold value.
just last month the ruble was at an alltime low, the usd/rub rate was 1usd/85rub. now its 1/67. for example purposes, i just looked at the price of a big mac in russia... about 85 rubles. thats about $1.25US.
