English is the most usefull language.

English is the top most useful language. There is not discussing that, it just is.

What language that's most useful after that is completely dependent of your situation.
Live near the border of a country that speaks a foreign language and has lots of tourists/immigrants that come from there? Then that country's language is going to be the most useful to you.
Work for a foreign company who's headquarters are located in a country that speaks another language? Knowing your companies language is going to be a very useful asset in moving up on the ladder.
Have neither of those but want to go visit a foreign country? Knowing that country's language is going to be the most useful to you.
