2. fusion of those authentic cuisines

To be fair:
Germans have great bier and bier foods.
Very under rated wine because you're next to France too.
But as a whole Germans aren't known for their cuisine, probably because Brits/Germans are more focused on work than pleasure like the French/Italian.
Brits are basically the guy that put all their eggs into 1 basket:
Excellent "full english", excellent "roast beef", and excellent "tea time", but just about everything else is crap.
And to be honest fish and chips is a British "national food" but it's not especially special nor restricted to Britain. Everything god damn country has their version of fried fish and with chips.
