Remove computer for premises. Remove internet.
Socialize and exercise daily. Or just kill yourself, because you're here forever.

try to get used to a routine and never change it. once you fuck up your sleeping schedule, it's a pain in the arse for your body to get used to it again. my schedule was so fucked up, I used to be able to stay awake for over 35 hours straight without feeling tired at all whatsoever. shit was so hectic I ended up going to the doctor and he gave me some hydroxyzine (wasn't necessary, but I insisted) to help get my body used to a schedule. a handful of weeks later, and what do you know, I fall asleep at the exact time I want.

I layed down with my eyes closed for over an hour and couldn't even get close. Now I'm laying here playing animal crossing feeling depressed knowing I'll never get to live in a comfy village where everyone likes you and the worst thing that can happen to you is you get stung by some bees.
Kill me

I have no medication in my house that could make me fall asleep, unless I took too many but I'm way too pussy for that.

in that case, you could try listening to chill music while sleeping. have it play in the background at just the perfect volume where it's nothing more than background noise. anything that relaxes you, really.
here are some of my personal favourites that seem to do it for me. they may sound a bit repetitive, but that works in your favour

I don't mind browsing /int/ often. Granted it's mostly banter and shitposting, but I still get to communicate with tons of people from different countries all around the world. I learned a second language because of this place.
I feel better about browsing here then if I browsed /a/ or /v/ often.

Well that's really nothing to compare to desu
