Chile is the safest of the 3, but it's also the least white, and the girls aren't really pretty. Since you will be getting a lot of action for being a foreigner, I'd choose a place where the girls are pretty.
And if you care about the cuisine, Argentina has some great meat and wine, but that's about it, all the rest kind of sucks. The food in Brazil is far better (but more expensive).

There's very little amount of jobs for foreigner. Same for Argentina, Uruguay (btw Chile is the best).
