The picture is bullshit. Even if you can claim Assad has killed more civilians than any other faction in the war, the numbers are still grossly inaccurate. Besides, I'm sure whichever organisation that is documenting these numbers (through god knows what metric) is very liberally applying the label of "civilian". I do not trust this source.
