I already do, it's nice desu. I live 10 mins from the mall, 15 mins from the beach, have a bunch of really small food places literally down stairs. Only downside is loud neighbors but it's not so bad.

Yes, I live in one and it's fine. Live alone, 30m2 of space, the interior is pleasant and the bills are cheap. What is there not to like? Mine was built by the military after the Skopje earthquake so the construction is great and resistant to earthquakes.
