This is really frustrating me. I was talking to this Japanese girl, and we were talking about Japanese onomatopoeia. She kept using them so I though it was cute and said "That's enough cuteness for today." in broken Japanese. She didn't understand so I told her in English, and she translated it to this: 「今日は可愛すぎだろ」. But she also said "If you say this, you'll be a playboy." I kept asking her questions but she just kept saying "don't say this to people you don't know". It's so frustrating because I literally cannot understand the flirtatious aspect of this sentence.
